摘    要:目的 应用荧光原位杂交技术(FIsH)研究肺癌细胞性染色体数目的改变及其意义。方法 用X、Y号染色体的着丝粒探针与17例男性肺癌标本的间期细胞进行杂交检测。结果男性患者中,X染色体的获得占10例(58.82%),Y染色体的丢失占9例(52.94%),Y染色体的获得占2例。结论 FISH技术可检测肺癌间期细胞的染色体数目改变,性染色体数目异常在肺癌中的发生率很高,与肺癌的发生、发展有一定的联系。

Abstract:Objective To study the numerical abnormality of chromosomes in lung cancer by dual-color fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH).Methods Seventeen male fresh lung cancer specimens were detect by FISH with the centromeric probes for chromosome X and Y.Results In male,increased chromosome X copy number was observed in 58.82%(10/17) specimens,in 52.94%(9/17) specimens chromosome Y lost,in 2 specimens chromosome Y was gained.Conclusion FISH can detect the chromosomal changes of lung cancer.The gain of chromosome X and the loss of chromosome Y frequently occurred in lung cancer.Thus it can provide the new scientific evidences for early occurrence and development of lung cancer.
