| 摘 要： | 通过对人类白细胞抗原(human leucocyte antigen,HLA)结构和功能的研究,有助于认识其在免疫学、人类学等领域中的作用,揭示其在疾病发生、发展中的作用机理,而对HLA分型研究却是认识其作用的关键一步。随着PCR技术的广泛应用,HLA基因分型方法得到了迅速的发展。本文对HLA基因分型技术的进展情况进行综述。

| Abstract: | The role of HLA in immunology and anthropology has been recognized in recenty years.According to the studies on the structure and the function of HLA,the role of HLA in the onset and development of many diseases has been discovered.Thus the classification of HLA is the first step for further studies.With the development of PCR technology,great progress has been made in the typing of HLA.This paper reviews the progress in development of HLA typing method. |
