澳特斯止咳液治疗72例患儿疗效观察

目的探讨澳特斯在小儿急性呼吸道感染疾病中止咳、祛痰疗效。方法将2007年1-10月呼吸道感染患儿140例随机分为两组,实验组72例,对照组68例。实验组服用澳特斯,对照组服用急支糖浆,观察两组治疗5d后咳嗽、痰量及痰液粘稠度改善情况。结果实验组综合有效率90.28%,对照组73.53%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论澳特斯在小儿止咳、祛痰方面疗效优于急支糖浆。

The effects of compound pholcodine syrup on 72 children patients with cough

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of cough-stopping and expectorant of compound pholcoding syrup on children with actue respiration tract infections. Methods 140 children patients with respiration tract infections from January to october 2007 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group （72 cases）and control group（68 cases）. Children patients in the treatment group were given with compound pholcodine syrup,children patients in control group were given with acute bronchitis syrup, and then the effects on cough, sputum volumd and sputum viscosity in both groups after 5 days were observed. Results The total improvement rate of clinical symptome was 90. 28% in the treatment group and 73.53% in the control group. There was significant difference between two groups （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The curative effects of compound pholcodine syrup on cough-stopping and expectorant in children are superior to those of acute bronchitis syrup.
