刍议风水的辨证论治

总结风水的病因病机;风水因外感风邪,使肺失通调水道,肾失气化,风水相搏散于肌肤所致。根据临床表现,将风水分为热证、寒证、虚证三种证型。对不同证型提出了疏风解表发汗、清热利水养阴,发汗行水、温阳化气,益气固表、祛风利水的治疗原则;以及应用方药。

Discussion on the Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Wind Edema

This article summarises the pathomechanism and etiologic factors of wind edema;Wind edema is transformed as follows: attacked by exgenous pathogenic wind,the lung cann't regulate water passage normally,then the kidney loses the function of qi activity,at last,the fighting wind and edema are dispelled into skin.According to the clinical manifestation,wind edema is divided into three types: heat syndrome,cold syndrome and deficiency syndrome.Based on different syndromes,three corresponding therapeutic discplines and drugs are chosen: inducing diaphoresis and sweating to dispell wind,clearing away heat to promote water discharge and nourish yin;sweating to promoting metabolism of fluid,warming yang to transform qi;replenishing qi to consolidate superficies,dispelling and promoting urination.
