环磷腺苷葡胺联合美多心安治疗扩张型心肌病184例临床分析

目的：研究环磷腺苷葡胺（心先安）与美多心安（倍他乐克）及基础治疗（洋地黄、利尿剂和血管扩张剂）对扩张型心肌病所致的心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：对184例确诊的扩张型心肌病病人随机分为基础治疗组，倍他乐克组（在基础治疗上加倍他乐克）；心先安组（在倍他乐克组加用心先安）。观察各组临床表现及心功能的变化，结果：心先安组在对扩张型心肌病所致的心力衰竭的临床表现及各项心功能指标的改善方面均优于其他两组（P＜0．05）。结论：心先安是治疗扩型心肌病所致的心力衰竭安全而有效的药物。

Clinical analysis of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate and metoprolol combined treatment for 184 pa- tients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy

To evaluate the clinical effect of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate and metoprolol on idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods: 184 patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure were divided into three groups: (l)basic treatment: (2)metoprolol added to basic treatment: (3)meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate added to basic treatment and metoprolol. We observed the changes of the clinical symptoms and the cardiac functions in three groups with randomized blind comparative analysis. Results: The improvements of clinical symptoms and cardiac functions in meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate group were better than other groups (P<0.05). Conclusions: Meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate is a more effective and safe medicine for idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure.
