| 摘 要： | 目的明确异位妊娠（ectopic pregnancy,EP）时子宫及输卵管动脉血流动力学特点,评估其诊断价值。方法选择98例经阴道超声检查诊断为输卵管妊娠并经手术全部证实的患者,测量子宫动脉及输卵管动脉阻力指数及搏动指数。结果子宫动脉及输卵管动脉阻力指数及搏动指数不随孕龄改变;异位妊娠侧血流量明显增加,与对侧相比较有明显差异,与孕龄无明显相关性。结论与子宫动脉主干血流指标相比,异位妊娠时患侧输卵管动脉参数指标变化更为明显,而且患侧供血较对侧明显增加。
