加味复元活血汤治疗膝关节镜术后关节肿痛临床研究

目的:观察加味复元活血汤治疗膝关节镜术后关节肿痛的疗效。方法:将膝关节镜术后患膝肿痛患者87例随机分为两组,其中对照组44例,治疗组43例。对照组术后予以常规处理,治疗组术后在对照组基础上口服加味复元活血汤,观察两组术后第1天、第3天、第7天、第14天的VAS评分、患膝肿胀值的变化情况,并于术前及术后第14天观察膝关节JOA评分。结果:两组患者术后第1天VAS评分、患膝肿胀值组间比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),术后第3天、第7天和第14天两组VAS评分、患膝肿胀值均较术后第1天降低,且治疗组均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05); 术前JOA评分两组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 术后第14天两组JOA评分均较术前上升,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用加味复元活血汤对膝关节镜术后VAS评分、关节肿痛及JOA评分改善明显,优于常规治疗。

Clinical observation of the modified Fuyuan Huoxue decoction in treating joint swelling and pain after knee arthroscopy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuyuan Huoxue decoction in the treatment of joint swelling and pain after knee arthroscopy.Methods:87 patients with knee swelling and pain after knee arthroscopy were randomly divided into 2 groups,including 44 in the control group and 43 in the treatment group.The patients were treated routinely after operation.The treatment group was treated with Fuyuan Huoxue decoction on the basis of routine treatment.The VAS scores and knees on the 1 st,3 rd,7 th and 14 th day after operation were observed.The change in swelling value was observed,and the JOA score of the knee was observed before and 14 days after surgery.Results:The VAS score and knee swelling value were not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS scores and symptoms of the two groups on the 3 rd,7 th and 14 th day after surgery.The knee swelling value was lower than that on the first day after operation,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,which was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The preoperative JOA score was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).The JOA scores of the two groups were higher than those of the control group on the 14th day after surgery,and the treatment group was higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the modified Fuyuan Huoxue decoction can improve the VAS score,joint swelling and pain and JOA score after knee arthroscopy is better than conventional treatment.
