不同放射治疗方式对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者血清肿瘤标志物水平及预后的影响

目的观察不同放射治疗方式对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清肿瘤标志物水平及预后的影响。方法选择2017年9月至2018年12月中山市小榄人民医院收治的92例晚期NSCLC患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各46例。对照组接受三维适形放射治疗(3D-CRT),试验组接受调强放射治疗(IMRT),比较两组的血清肿瘤标志物肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)、鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)]水平及预后。结果试验组治疗2个月后的血清TSGF、SCC-Ag水平低于对照组,随访1年生存率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<005)。结论将IMRT应用于晚期NSCLC患者的治疗中,能够抑制肿瘤进展,降低血清肿瘤标志物水平,提高患者生存率,改善预后。

Effects of Different Radiotherapy Modalities on Serum Tumor Markers and Prognosis in Patients with Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To observe the effect of different radiotherapy methods on serum tumor markers and prognosis of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 92 patients with advanced NSCLC admitted to Xiaolan People's Hospital of Zhongshan City from September 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,46 patients in each group.The control group received three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3D-CRT),and the experimental group received intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT),The serum tumor markerstumor specific growth factor(TSGF),squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag)]levels and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of serum TSGF and SCC-Ag in the experimental group after 2 months of treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the 1-year follow-up survival rate was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of IMRT in the treatment of advanced NSCLC patients can inhibit tumor progression,reduce the level of serum tumor markers,improve the survival rate and prognosis of patients.
