临床路径管理在提高医院医疗管理水平中的应用价值

目的探索临床路径管理在提高医院医疗管理水平中的应用价值。方法在大连市第七人民医院住院部2018年1月至2019年12月收诊的患者中随机抽取400例为研究对象,根据入院时间先后分入两组。对照组为2018年1—12月入院的患者,共有200例,实施常规医疗护理管理;观察组为2019年1—12月入院的患者,共有200例,实施临床路径管理。收集两组的住院时间、医疗费用、诊疗满意度等。结果观察组的住院时间、医疗费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对诊疗的满意度为98.5%,高于对照组的诊疗满意度88.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径管理在医院各个科室的实施有助于提高医疗管理水平,促进患者早日康复,降低医疗费用,减轻患者的经济负担,构建和谐医患关系。

Study on the Application Value of Clinical Pathway Management to Improve Hospital Medical Management

Objective To explore the application value of clinical pathway management in improving hospital medical management.Methods 400 patients were selected from January 2018 to December 2019 in the inpatient department of Dalian Seventh People's hospital.According to the time of admission,the patients in the control group were admitted to two groups successively.A total of 200 patients were admitted to hospital in January to December 2018,and routine medical nursing management was carried out.The patients in the observation group were admitted to hospital in January to December 2019.Results Patients in the observation group hospitalization time,medical expenses were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 98.5%,which was higher than 88.5%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of clinical path management in various departments of hospital is helpful to improve the level of medical management,promote the early recovery of patients,reduce the cost of medical treatment,reduce the economic burden of patients,and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,which is worth popularizing.
