摘    要:目的观察胸腹体罩对中下肺及膈肌呼吸器官运动在X,Y,Z轴上的影响,为中下肺癌和肝癌确定计划靶区(PTV)提供参考数据。方法对20例胸腹部肿瘤病人在同一参考点下分为用胸腹体罩组和无胸腹体罩组通过模拟机观测参考点在X,Y,Z轴上的运动范围。结果二组对比X轴(P=0.166),Y轴(P=0.129)上的运动范围无明显差异,Z轴(P=0.000)上的运动范围有明显差异。结论用胸腹体罩可减少呼吸所产生的器官上下(Z轴)移动的范围,对减少PTV范围有显著意义。

Abstract:Objective To observe effect of ventral thoracic covering on the respiratory organ movement in the direction of X,Y and Z axis so as to provide reference data to determine PTV of middle or bottom pulmonary carcinoma and hepatocarcinoma.Methods At the same reference point,20 patients with ventral thoracic tumor were divided into 2 groups: with ventral thoracic covering and without ventral thoracic covering.And then the motion range of the reference point was observed by the simulated machine in the direction of X,Y and Z axis.Results There was no significant difference of motion range between the 2 groups in the direction of X axis(P=0.166) and Y axis(P=0.129),while there was significant difference in the direction of Z axis(P=0.000).Conclusion The organ motion range in the direction of Z axis induced by respiration is reduced by ventral thoracic covering,which is important to reduce the range of PTV.
