益气活血法治疗心肌梗死后心室重构的探讨

摘    要:心肌梗死后心室重构是远期发生心衰及心脏死亡的重要危险因素之一。本病为本虚标实之证,益气活血为主要治疗原则。益气以治其本,活血化瘀以治其标。益气活血可通过减轻心室压力和体循环血管阻力、改善血流动力学而可能对防治心室重构有益;长期使用可抗心肌梗死后心室重构。

Abstract:Ventricular reconstruction of postmyocardial infarction is one of the important dangerous factors of occurrence of heart failure and heart death.This disease is the syndrome of the deficient incidental and the excessive fundamental,and supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation is the main therapeutic principle.Supplementing Qi is to treat the fundamental and activating blood circulation by removing blood stasis is to treat the incidental.The method of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation may be beneficial to the prevention and treatment of ventricular reconstruction by way of relieving ventricular pressure and vascular resistance of systemic circulation and improving the hymodynamics;a long-term use of the method may resist the ventricular reconstruction of postmyocardial infarction.
