| 摘 要： | 目的研究软肝丸药物血清对肝星状细胞凋亡相关蛋白Bcl-2、Bax的影响。方法传代培养大鼠肝星状细胞(HSC)系HSC-76与不同剂量软肝丸(大、中、小剂量组)共同培养48小时,应用Annexin-V-碘化丙锭染色检测软肝丸对大鼠HSC凋亡的影响;免疫组化检测凋亡相关蛋白Bcl-2、Bax水平。结果软肝丸能使大鼠HSC凋亡明显增多,同时可使凋亡抑制分子Bcl-2表达下调,使凋亡分子Bax表达增强(P0.01)。结论软肝丸可下调Bcl-2/Bax比率,促进HSC凋亡。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Ruangan Pill on apoptosis-related protein Bcl-2 and Bax expression in the hepatic stellate cells（HSC）.Methods The rat hepatic stellate cells line HSC-T6 was incubated with three different doses of Ruangan Pill for 48 hours.The apoptosis was examined with V-Propidium iodide assay,and the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 were detected with cell immunohistochemistry stain.Results Ruangan Pill could markedly increase the ratio of HSC,down-regulated of Bel-2 protein expression and up-regulated of Bax protein expression（P0.01）.Conclusion Ruangan Pill could down regulate the radio of Bcl-2/Bax to increase the sensitiveity of apoptosis and induced HSC apoptosis. |
