价值链管理理论在医院药学服务和管理中的实践与创新

目的：探讨价值链管理理论在医院药学服务和管理中的应用。方法：运用价值链管理的理论．总结近年来医院药学管理和服务。结果：建立了多层次双轨并行的管理体系；提出并推广了全程化药学服务理念；加强了药学服务的观念和技能；实施了基于多平台的药学信息化管理。结论：药学服务和管理应注重以病人为中心的价值创造。

Practice and innovation in pharmaceutical care and pharmacy management using value chain management theory

Objective: To probe into the practical methods of pharmaceutical care (PC). Methods: Value chain management theory was applied to PC in hospital pharmacy. Results : Four administrative levels and double way management system were established, the integrated pharmaceutical care idea was brought forward and put in practice, the service skill of pharmacists was enhanced, and pharmacy information system based on intranet and internet has been implemented in Changhai Hospital. Conclusion: More attention should be paid to patient-centered value creation in PC and pharmacy management.
