| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清抗精子抗体(AsAb)对精子主要参数的影响。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对143例男性不育症患者血清中的AsAb进行检测,根据结果分为AsAb阳性组和阴性组,比较两组患者精子密度、精子活动率、a+b级活动精子率、畸形率等参数。结果143例男性不育症患者血清AsAb阳性30例,占被检人数的20.98%。血清AsAb阳性组精液参数中精子密度、精子活动率、a+b级活动精子率统计结果均低于AsAb阴性组的相应参数统计结果,而血清AsAb阳性组精子畸形率明显高于AsAb阴性组。两组间各项参数比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.01或P0.05)。结论血清AsAb对精液主要参数有明显影响,是导致男性免疫性不育的重要因素之一。
