硫代脯氨酸的毒性研究

摘    要:本文对硫代脯氨酸(Thioproline)的毒性进行了初步研究。结果表明:小白鼠一次经口的LD_(50)为276.06mg/kg;亚急性毒性试验提示在50~200mg/kg范围内对大白鼠无明显毒性;小白鼠骨髓PCE微核试验结果也显示对小鼠无致突变作用。实验表明,硫代脯氨酸属于中毒化合物,在正常使用剂量范围内对大、小鼠均无明显毒作用。

Abstract:This paper studied the toxicity of thioproline primaryly. The results showed that LD50 of micewere 276. 06mg per kg;Short term toxicity test showed that it has no significant toxicity between 50 and 200 mg per kg;mini-caryon tests of marrow PCE showed that it has no mutagenicity effect about mice yet. The conclusion was that thioproline belongs to poisoned-compound. No significant toxic effect in rats and mice were found by normal dose.
