CYFRA21-1、ProGRP、SCC-Ag联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值

目的探究细胞角蛋白19片段抗原(CYFRA21-1)、血清胃泌素释放肽前体(ProGRP)、鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值。方法选择肺癌患者、肺良性疾病患者、健康体检者各50例,分别作为肺癌组、良性组、对照组。对上述研究对象实施CYFRA21-1、ProGRP、SCC-Ag检测,比较检测结果并分析诊断效能。结果肺癌组的CYFRA21-1、ProGRP、SCC-Ag水平均高于良性组和对照组,且良性组的高于对照组(P<0.05)。肺鳞癌患者的CYFRA21-1、SCC-Ag水平高于小细胞肺癌和肺腺癌患者(P<0.05);小细胞肺癌患者的ProGRP水平高于肺鳞癌和肺腺癌患者(P<0.05)。CYFRA21-1、ProGRP、SCC-Ag联合检测诊断肺癌的准确度、特异度、灵敏度高于CYFRA21-1、ProGRP、SCC-Ag单独检测(P<0.05)。结论CYFRA21-1、ProGRP、SCC-Ag联合检测可提高肺癌的检出率,指导肺癌病理类型的鉴别。

Diagnostic value of combined detection of CYFRA21-1,ProGRP and SCC-Ag for lung cancer

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen(CYFRA21-1),serum progastrin-releasing peptide(ProGRP)and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag)for lung cancer.Methods Fifty patients with lung cancer,50 patients with benign lung disease and 50 healthy physical examinees were respectively selected as lung cancer group,benign group and control group.CYFRA21-1,ProGRP and SCC-Ag of the above objects were detected,the detection results were compared,and the diagnostic efficiency was analyzed.Results The levels of CYFRA21-1,ProGRP and SCC-Ag in the lung cancer group were higher than those in the benign group and the control group,and those of the benign group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CYFRA21-1 and SCC-Ag of patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma were higher than those of patients with small cell lung cancer and lung adenocarcinoma(P<0.05);the level of ProGRP of patients with small cell lung cancer was higher than that of patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of combined detection of CYFRA21-1,ProGRP and SCC-Ag in the diagnosis of lung cancer were higher than those of single detection of CYFRA21-1,ProGRP and SCC-Ag(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of CYFRA21-1,ProGRP and SCC-Ag can improve the detection rate of lung cancer and guide the differentiation of pathological types of lung cancer.
