| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨早期喉癌诊断中,内镜联合影像学检查的辅助价值.方法:回顾相关文献,总结内镜和影像学检查对诊断早期喉癌的各自应用价值.结果:内镜在早期喉癌中较影像学检查灵敏度高,对于评估病灶则影像学检查更有重要价值.结论:内镜、CT及MR作为术前常用检查,对于发现并评估肿瘤起到了很大的作用,并且对指导手术方案选择及进一步放化疗...

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the auxiliary value of endoscopy combined with imaging examination in the diagnosis of early laryngeal cancer.Methods To review the literature and summarize the value of endoscopy and imaging examination in the diagnosis of early laryngeal cancer.Results Endoscopy was more sensitive than imaging in early laryngeal cancer,however,CT and MR had more important value in the evaluation of lesions.Conclusion As common preoperative examinations,endoscopy,CT and MR play a great role in the detection and evaluation of tumors,and are of great significance in guiding the selection of surgical options and further radiotherapy and chemotherapy. |
