The application of WeChat platform in rehabilitation nursing of cerebral infarction patients

AIM To explore the effect of nursing WeChat platform on rehabilitation guidance for patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Selection in June 2018 to December 2018,our hospital during the period of 96 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into experimental group(WeChat nursing intervention)and control group(usual care),48 cases in each group,experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing with the aid of WeChat platform,communicate with the patient,for psychological professional guidance,diet,exercise,etc.Data were collected and evaluated 6 months after intervention.Results After 6 months of intervention,the satisfaction rate of patients with cerebral infarction in the experimental group reached 95.8%.The Barthel and fugl-meyer scores of the test group were 81.5611.25 and 84.3312.45,which were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing WeChat platform is used for the rehabilitation guidance of patients with cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve the effect of exercise,as well as the psychological and daily life quality of patients with cerebral infarction.
