克氏针钢丝张力带内固定联合下肢反馈训练对髌骨骨折患者膝关节功能和生活质量的影响

摘    要:目的观察克氏针钢丝张力带内固定联合下肢反馈训练对髌骨骨折患者膝关节功能和生活质量的影响。方法将68例髌骨骨折的患者根据治疗方案分为对照组及观察组,各34例,两组均进行克氏针钢丝张力带内固定治疗,观察组在此基础上联合下肢反馈训练,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的骨折愈合时间、膝关节功能恢复时间均短于对照组,术后3个月膝关节屈曲活动度大于对照组,BI、HSS、生活质量各项评分及治疗总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论克氏针钢丝张力带内固定联合下肢反馈训练对髌骨骨折患者的治疗效果显著,值得应用推广。

Effects of Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation combined with lower extremity feedback training on knee joint function and quality of lifein patients with patellar fracture

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation combined with lower extremity feedback training on knee joint function and quality of life in patients with patellar fracture.Methods A total of 68 patients with patellar fracture were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment plan,with 34 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation,and the observation group was combined with lower extremity feedback training on this basis.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The fracture healing time and knee function recovery time of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group,the flexion range of motion of knee joint at 3 months after surgery was greater than that of the control group,the BI,HSS,quality of life scores and the total effective rate of treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation combined with lower extremity feedback training has a significant effect on the treatment of patients with patellar fracture,which is worthy of application and promotion.
