PDCA循环模式下针对性护理对胃穿孔修补术患者生存质量及睡眠质量的影响

目的探讨PDCA循环模式下针对性护理对胃穿孔修补术患者生存质量及睡眠质量的影响。方法将我院收治的108例胃穿孔修补术患者根据随机抽样法分为对照组和研究组,每组54例。对照组接受常规围手术期护理,研究组在对照组的基础上接受PDCA循环模式下针对性护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果干预后,两组患者的WHOQOL-BREF各项评分均明显提高,且研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);术后第1天、出院前1 d,研究组的PSQI及VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间及住院费用均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环模式下针对性护理可有效改善胃穿孔修补术患者的睡眠质量,缓解术后疼痛,减少术后并发症的发生,提高生存质量,对促进患者术后康复、节约医疗成本、提高护理质量均有积极意义。

Effects of targeted nursing under PDCA cycle mode on the quality of life andsleep in patients undergoing repair of gastric perforation

Objective To explore the effects of targeted nursing under PDCA cycle mode on the quality of life and sleep in patients undergoing repair of gastric perforation.Methods A total of 108 patients undergoing repair of gastric perforation admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and study group according to random sampling method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the study group received targeted nursing under the PDCA cycle mode on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the WHOQOL-BREF scores of the two groups significantly improved,and those in the study group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the PSQI and VAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group on the first day after operation and the first day before discharge(P<0.05);the exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing under PDCA cycle mode can effectively improve the sleep quality,relieve postoperative pain,reduce postoperative complications and improve the quality of life in patients undergoing repair of gastric perforation.It has positive significance in promoting the postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing repair of gastric perforation,saving medical costs and improving the quality of nursing.
