| Abstract: | Objective To explore the significance of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,retrospectively summarized the clinical data of 86 patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure admitted to our hospital,and served as an observation group.Simultaneously,the clinical data of 86 cases of health people were collected as the control group.Both groups were diagnosed with cardiac ultrasound.Compared the test results of the two groups.Results In observation group,LVDd,LAD,E/Ea and LVEF were(56.15±2.54)mm,(49.38±2.27)mm,(13.16±1.45),(55.68±3.88)%;the control group were(44.21±2.39)mm,(33.91±2.34)mm,(7.27±1.24),(68.95±4.50)%;the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Heart color doppler ultrasound can effectively diagnose hypertension left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure. |
