钡剂造影检查对胃肠道病变的诊断价值

目的探讨钡剂造影检查对胃肠道病变的诊断价值。方法选取2014年1月至2019年1月在我院进行胃肠道病变检测的130例患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行纤维内镜检查以及钡剂造影检查。比较两种检测方法的临床价值。结果钡剂造影检测时间长于纤维内镜检查,但患者配合度高于纤维内镜检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);钡剂造影的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值均高于纤维内镜检查,而漏诊以及误诊率均低于纤维内镜检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);钡剂造影的总检出率高于纤维内镜检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钡剂造影检查用于胃肠道病变患者中具有一定的优势,能够提高患者的配合度,且具有较高诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度,利于在临床中应用及推广。

Diagnostic value of barium radiography on gastrointestinal lesions

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of barium radiography on gastrointestinal lesions.Methods A total of 130 patients who underwent gastrointestinal lesions detection in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,and all patients underwent fibroendoscopy and barium radiography.The clinical value of the two methods was compared.Results The detection time of barium radiography was longer than that of fibroendoscopy,but the degree of cooperation was higher than that of fibroendoscopy,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and positive predictive value of barium radiography were higher than those of fibroendoscopy,while the rates of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis were lower than those of fibroendoscopy,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total detection rate of barium radiography was higher than that of fibroendoscopy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Barium radiography examination in patients with gastrointestinal leisions has certain advantages,it can improve the degree of cooperation of patients,and has high diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,which is conducive to clinical application and promotion.
