摘    要:目的 探讨长期服用精神类药物与血液中同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的相关性.方法 本研究将纳入的研究对象分为Ⅰ组(服用精神类药物半年以上)、Ⅱ组(停用精神类药物至少3个月)、Ⅲ组(从未服用过精神类药物),每组60例,应用循环酶法检测三组的血Hcy水平并进行比较.结果 Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的性别、平均年龄、地域分布比较,差异不具有统...

Risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in patients with long-term use of psychotropic drugs

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between long-term use of psychotropic drugs and blood homocysteine(Hcy)level.Methods The objects in this study were divided into groupⅠ(taking psychotropic drugs for more than half a year),groupⅡ(stopping psychotropic drugs for at least 3 months)and groupⅢ(never taking psychotropic drugs),with 60 cases in each group.The levels of Hcy in the three groups were detected by circulating enzyme method and compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the gender,average age,and geographical distribution of the groupⅠ,the groupⅡand the groupⅢ(P>0.05).The blood Hcy level of the groupⅠwas(60.5±1.7)μmol/L,which was significantly higher than(12.8±1.8)μmol/L of the groupⅡand(12.4±1.7)μmol/L of the groupⅢ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);there was no statistically significant difference between the blood Hcy level of the groupⅡand the groupⅢ(P>0.05).Conclusion The blood Hcy level of patients taking psychotropic drugs for a long time increases,which in turn increases the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
