芪参益气滴丸联合替格瑞洛对冠心病患者血管功能及无症状心肌缺血的影响

目的探讨芪参益气滴丸联合替格瑞洛对冠心病(CHD)患者血管功能及无症状心肌缺血(SMI)的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月本院收治的128例CHD伴SMI患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各64例。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组在此基础上给予替格瑞洛治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合芪参益气滴丸治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前、后血小板参数、血管功能指标、SMI发作时的心肌缺血状态。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组MPAR、MPV、Ep均较治疗前降低,AC较治疗前升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SMI发作时ST段压低发生频次较治疗前减少,持续时间较治疗前缩短,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪参益气滴丸联合替格瑞洛治疗CHD伴SMI效果确切,可有效抑制血小板聚集,改善血管弹性和顺应性。

Effects of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills combined with ticagrelor on vascular function and silent myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the effects of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills combined with ticagrelor on vascular function and silent myocardial ischemia(SMI)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 128 patients with CHD and SMI admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was given ticagrelor treatment on this basis,and the observation group was given Qishen Yiqi dropping pills treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,platelet parameters,vascular function indexes and myocardial ischemia during the onset of SMI before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,MPAR,MPV and Ep of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,AC was higher than that before treatment,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency of ST segment depression in the two groups were decreased than those before treatment,duration was shorter than that before treatment during the onset of SMI,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qishen Yiqi dropping pills combined with ticagrelor in the treatment of CHD with SMI has definite curative effect,which can effectively inhibit platelet aggregation and improve vascular elasticity and compliance.
