Influences of pain nursing combined with psychological nursing on postoperative recovery effect and sleep quality of patients with acute suppurative mastitis

Objective To analyze the influences of pain nursing combined with psychological nursing on postoperative recovery effect and sleep quality of patients with acute suppurative mastitis.Methods Eighty-six female patients with acute suppurative mastitis who undegoing surgey in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the observation objects.All patients were divided into control group(43 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(43 cases,given pain nursing combined with psychological nursing on the basis of the control group)by random number table method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The drainage tube indwelling time,wound healing time,body temperature recovery time and blood picture recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 2,8,12 and 24 h after operation,the NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Herth hope scale increased and PSQI scores decreased in both groups,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain nursing combined with psychological nursing can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of patients with acute suppurative mastitis,improve the sleep quality and psychological state,and the level of hope of patients,and accelerate the process of postoperative recovery.
