综合护理在行T型管置入术的喉气管狭窄患者围术期护理中的应用效果

目的分析综合护理在行T型管置入术的喉气管狭窄患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法将在我院接受T型管置入术的94例喉气管狭窄患者通过随机数字表法分为对照组(47例)和试验组(47例)。对照组采取常规护理,试验组采取围术期综合护理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,试验组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的成功拔管率及护理满意度均高于对照组,术后首次下床时间、住院时间均短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理能够减少喉气管狭窄患者T型管置入术围术期并发症的出现,改善其心理状态,提高生活质量及护理满意度,进一步提升治疗效果。

Application effect of comprehensive nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with laryngotracheal stenosis undergoing T-tube placement

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with laryngotracheal stenosis undergoing T-tube placement.Methods A total of 94 patients with laryngotracheal stenosis who received T-tube placement in our hospital were divided into control group(47 cases)and experimental group(47 cases)by random numerical table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received perioperative comprehensive nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of all dimensions of life quality were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The successful extubation rate and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the first postoperative time out of bed and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can reduce the occurrence of perioperative complications,improve the psychological state,the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and further enhance the treatment effect in patients with laryngotracheal stenosis after T-tube placement.
