腹腔镜根治术治疗结直肠癌对患者氧化应激、能量代谢的影响

目的探讨腹腔镜根治术治疗结直肠癌对患者氧化应激、能量代谢的影响。方法将我院收治的90例结直肠癌患者按治疗方式分为对照组(45例,传统开腹术治疗)和观察组(45例,腹腔镜根治术治疗)。比较两组围手术期指标及氧化应激、能量代谢及炎症指标水平。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,术后首次排气时间、正常进食时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3 d,两组的MDA水平均升高,SOD水平均降低,但观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组的PA、ALB、TRF水平均降低,但观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的IL-6、IFN-γ、D-乳酸水平均升高,IL-10水平均降低,但观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜根治术治疗结直肠癌具有较好的疗效,可减轻术后氧化应激及炎症反应,减少机体能量代谢,利于患者术后恢复。

Effects of laparoscopic radical surgery on oxidative stress and energy metabolism in patients with colorectal cancer

Objective To investigate the effects of laparoscopic radical surgery on oxidative stress and energy metabolism in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 90 patients with colorectal cancer admitted in our hospital were divided into control group(45 cases,traditional laparotomy treatment)and observation group(45 cases,laparoscopic radical surgery treatment)according to treatment methods.The perioperative indexes and oxidative stress,energy metabolism and inflammation indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the first postoperative exhaust time,normal feeding time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 days after operation,the level of MDA increased and the level of SOD decreased in both groups,but those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05);the levels of PA,ALB and TRF in the two groups decreased,but those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the levels of IL-6,IFN-γand D-lactic acid in the two groups increased,while the level of IL-10 decreased,but those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer has a good effect,it can reduce postoperative oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction,reduce body energy metabolism,and help for postoperative recover of patietns.
