案例教学法在泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果

摘    要:目的探讨案例教学法(CBL)在泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法将在我院泌尿外科接受住院医师规范化培训的66名学员按照随机数字表法分为案例教学组(CBL教学法)和传统教学组(传统教学法),各33名。比较两组的教学效果。结果案例教学组的基础理论知识、病例分析评分均高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。案例教学组提高学习的积极性和主动性、加深对基础理论知识的理解、启发临床思维能力、提高病例分析能力、活跃课堂气氛、对教学的总体满意度的规培学员占比均高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论CBL教学法应用在泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训教学中,有助于提高学员对泌尿外科疾病的理解和掌握及住院医师规范化培训效果,值得推广。

Application effect of case-based learning method in standardized training ofurology residents

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)method in standardized training of urology residents.Methods A total of 66 students who received standardized training of residents in urology surgery department of our hospital were divided into case teaching group(CBL teaching method)and traditional teaching group(traditional teaching method)according to the random number table method,with 33 students in each group.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of basic theory knowledge and case analysis of the case teaching group were higher than those of the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).In the case teaching group,the proportion of the students with standardized training in improving the enthusiasm and initiative of learning,deepening the understanding of basic theoretical knowledge,inspiring the clinical thinking ability,improving the ability of case analysis,activating the classroom atmosphere and overall satisfaction with teaching were higher than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL teaching method applied in the standardized training of urology residents is helpful to improve the students'understanding and mastery of urology diseases and the effect of standardized training of residents,which is worthy of promotion.
