The study on myocardial enzymes of COVID-19 and its clinical significance

Objective Analysis ofmyocardial enzymatic changes and its clinical significance in Patients with 2019 novel coronavirus diseases(COVID-19).Methods Collected the clinical data and myocardial enzymatic of COVID-19 Patients,and analysis of the ProPortion and difference of increased myocardial enzyme in death grouP and survival grouP.Results Some Patients showde myocardial enzyme abnormalities,CK increased in 34 Patient(34%),CK-MB increased in 34 Patient(34%),LDH increased in 40 Patient(40%),AST increased in 27 Patient(27%),LDH was elevated in 32 Patients in survival grouP and 8 in death grouP.The elevated ProPortion of deaths was higher than the survival,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Myocardial infarction exists in COVID19 Patients,early identification can imProve the cure rate.
