循环加压冷疗法结合行为改变理论的护理干预对股骨转子间骨折患者围术期隐性失血量及应对方式的影响

目的探讨循环加压冷疗法结合行为改变理论的护理干预对股骨转子间骨折患者围术期隐性失血量及应对方式的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2020年4月收治的96例股骨转子间骨折手术患者进行观察,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组采用常规护理干预+循环加压冷疗法,观察组在此基础上加以行为改变理论的护理干预。比较两组隐性失血量、自我护理能力、应对方式及髋关节功能变。结果观察组隐性失血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组自我护理能力各维度评分高于对照组,应对方式各维度评分优于对照组,Harris评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在股骨转子间骨折围术期,实施循环加压冷疗法联合行为改变理论的护理干预有助于减少患者隐性失血量,提高其自我护理能力,改善应对方式,促进患者髋关节功能恢复。

Effects of circulatory compression cold therapy combined with nursing intervention of behavior change theory on perioperative period hidden blood loss volume and coping style of patients with intertrochanteric fracture

Objective To explore the effects of circulatory compression cold therapy combined with nursing intervention of behavior change theory on perioperative period hidden blood loss volume and coping style of patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods A total of 96 patients underwent intertrochanteric fracture surgery from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected for observation and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing intervention+circulatory compression cold therapy,and the observation group added nursing intervention of behavior change theory on this basis.The hidden blood loss volume,self-care ability,coping style and hip joint function were compared between the two groups.Results The hidden blood loss volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-care ability scores of each dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,coping style scores of each dimension were betterer than those in the control group,and Harris score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative period of intertrochanteric fracture,the implementation of circulatory compression cold therapy combined with nursing intervention of behavior change theory is helpful to reduce the hidden blood loss volume,improve self-care ability and coping style,and promote the recovery of hip joint function of patients.
