苦参汤熏洗坐浴对混合痔术后疼痛的影响

目的分析苦参汤熏洗坐浴对混合痔术后疼痛的影响。方法将2018年11月至2019年10月于本院实施混合痔手术治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,以电脑任意编号法将其分为常规组和试验组,每组50例。常规组采用高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴治疗,试验组采用苦参汤熏洗坐浴治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果术后1、3、5、7 d,试验组的VAS评分均低于常规组(P<0.05);试验组的疼痛消失时间、创面愈合时间及住院时间均短于常规组(P<0.05);试验组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于常规组的76.00%(P<0.05);试验组的并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论苦参汤熏洗坐浴治疗混合痔术后疼痛效果较好,能够缓解患者疼痛,降低并发症发生率,短期内提升生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of fumigation and sitz bath with Kushen decoction on postoperative painof mixed hemorrhoid

Objective To analyze the effect of fumigation and sitz bath with Kushen decoction on postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoid.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent mixed hemorrhoid operation in our hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into routine group and experimental group by computer random numbering method,with 50 cases in each group.The routine group was treated by fumigation and sitz bath with potassium permanganate solution,and the experimental group was treated by fumigation and sitz bath with Kushen decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 1,3,5 and 7 d after operation,the VAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05);the pain disappearance time,wound healing time and hospital stay of the experimental group were shorter than those of the routine group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was 96.00%,which was higher than 76.00%of the routine group(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications of the experimental group was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fumigation and sitz bath with Kushen decoction in the treatment of postoperative pain caused by mixed hemorrhoid has good effect,it can relieve the pain of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life in a short time,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
