子宫内膜异位症术后患者社会支持在自我效能和焦虑/抑郁中的作用

目的 探讨子宫内膜异位症术后患者社会支持在自我效能和焦虑/抑郁中的作用机制，为患者心理干预提供参考。方法 选取温州医科大学附属第一医院妇科病区子宫内膜异位症术后3个月复查的患者240例，运用医院焦虑抑郁量表、社会支持评定量表、自我效能感量表、一般资料调查表进行问卷调查。采用SPSS 26.0软件中的Process v3.0分析社会支持在焦虑/抑郁和自我效能间的中介作用。结果 社会支持与自我效能呈正相关（r=0.614，P<0.05），焦虑/抑郁与自我效能呈负相关（r=–0.685/r=–0.646，P<0.05）。社会支持在焦虑/抑郁和自我效能间的效应占比分别为18.8%和20.4%。结论 子宫内膜异位症术后患者的社会支持在焦虑/抑郁和自我效能间起部分中介作用，医务人员可通过加强患者的社会支持和降低消极情绪，帮助患者增强自信心，提高自我效能水平。

The mediating effect of social support on self-efficacy and anxiety/depression in endometriosis patients

Objective To explore the mechanism of social support on self-efficacy and anxiety/depression in endometriosis patients, and to provide reference for psychological intervention. Methods A total of 240 patients with endometriosis in the Gynecological Ward, the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University who underwent a 3-month follow-up after surgery were selected, the hospital anxiety and depression scale, social support rating scale, self-efficacy scale and general information questionnaire were used. Process v3.0 of SPSS 26.0 software was used to analyze the mediating effect of social support on anxiety/depression and self-efficacy. Results Social support was positively correlated with self-efficacy (r=0.614, P<0.05), and anxiety/depression was negatively correlated with self-efficacy (r=–0.685, r=–0.646, P<0.05). The effects of social support on anxiety/depression and self-efficacy were 18.8% and 20.4%. Conclusion Social support may play a role in mediating the endometriosis between anxiety/depression and self-efficacy. Medical staff may enhance social support and reduce negative emotions, to help patients enhance self-confidence, improve the level of self-efficacy.
