| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑膜瘤螺旋CT（SCT）三维重建，血管成像的临床应用价值。材料与方法：脑膜瘤20例，采用东芝Xvision/GE SCT机行平扫，增强扫描，层厚5mm,2mm层厚三维重建，血管成像，包括表面成像（SSD）及最大密度投影（MIP）。结果：20例患者均获得满意SCTA图像，肿瘤内部及表面结构，供血血管显示清晰。结论：脑膜瘤SCTA诊断效果佳，有较好的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical value of meningioma with SCT 3D reconstruction CTA.Materials and Methods:Twenty patients of meningioma were diagnosed with Xvision/GE SCT plain scan,contrast scan of 5mm slice thickness,2mm 3D reconstruction CTA,including shaded surface display(SSD) and maximum intensity projection(MIP).Results:Twenty patients get satisfactory CTA images.The internal and surface structure and supplying blood vessel of tumor were demonstrated very well.Conclusions:The diagnostic effect of 3D reconstruction image of CTA of meningioma is very good,which has perfect clinical value. |
