| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨脐带脱垂的防治。方法 :回顾性分析我院2000年1月～2003年11月共4年间15例显性脐带脱垂病例。结果 :15例显性脐带脱垂病例中 ,7例在活跃期时发现而行剖宫产术 ;8例在宫口开全或将开全时发现而阴道分娩 ,其中产钳助产2例 ,臀位助产2例。15例新生儿中 ,1例入院时胎心音已消失 ,1例为新生儿重度窒息 ,3例为新生儿轻度窒息 ,新生儿存活率为94 4 %。结论 :早期发现和处理脐带脱垂 ,有利于减少围生儿发病率及死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the treatment and prevention of umbilical cord prolapse.Methods:15cases of umbilical cord prolapse fromJan2000to Nov2003were analyzed retrospectively.Results:In all15cases of umbilical cord prolapse,7cases were diagnosed in active phase and got the cesarean section,and8cases were found at the second stage of labor.Except one fetal death,there were1and3cases of severe and mild neonatal asphyxia in all other14cases respectively.The rate of neonatal survival was94.4%.Conclusion:Early diagnosis and timely treat-ment for umbilical cord prolapse are advantageous to the reduction of prenatal morbidity and mortality. |
