吉西他滨增敏同期放疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察与护理

目的观察吉西他滨作为放疗增敏剂联合同期放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效、急性毒副反应、护理方法。方法试验组采用吉西他滨化疗增敏同期联合放疗治疗42例不能手术切除的局部晚期（Ⅲ期）非小细胞肺癌患者,放疗同期在放疗前给予吉西他滨化疗,对照组单纯放疗。结果2组对肺原发灶有效率分别为83.3%、75.0%（P〉0.05）,纵隔淋巴结转移灶有效率分别为90.5%、82.5%（P〉0.05）;中位生存期分别为12.6个月、10.3个月（P〈0.05）。结论吉西他滨化疗同期联合放疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌与单纯放疗的比较,近期疗效有提高,急性毒副反应增加不明显,吉西他滨有放疗增敏作用,对护理提出更高要求。

Clinical observation on gemcitabine with a sensitizer of concurrent radiotherapy in locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer and nursing

Objective To observe the recent effect, acute toxicity reaction and nursing method of gemcitabine in the treatment of locally advanced non--small cell lung cancer as the sensitizer in combina- tion with concurrent radiotherapy. Methods 42 cases of locally advanced （Ⅲ phase） non--small cell lung cancer who could not receive the excision in the experiment group were treated with gemcitabine chemotherapy sensitization in combination with the concurrent radiotherapy, and gemcitabine was given before the chemotherapy during the concurrent radiotherapy. The control group adopted the single radiotherapy. Results In the experiment group and the control group, the effective rates of the two treatment methods on 1he original focus of lung cancer were 83.3% and 75.0% （P〈0.05）, and the median survival times were 12.6 month and 10. 3 month （P〈0.05）, respectively. Conclusions Compared to the single radiotherapy, the gemcitabine chemotherapy in combination with the concurrent radiotherapy improves the recent effect, and has no obvious increase in acute toxicity reaction in the treatment of locally advanced non--small ceil hmg cancer. Gemcitabine has radiotherapy sensitization effect, thereby advancing high requirement for the nursing.
