海墨痔疮胶囊的药效学实验研究

目的观察海墨痔疮胶囊对兔直肠粘膜溃疡的治疗作用及急性毒性。方法通过醋酸法致兔直肠粘膜溃疡,海墨痔疮胶囊按高、中、低剂量(600、300、150mg.kg-1.d-1)灌胃给药,以4、7、10d溃疡面直径和完全愈合天数为观察指标,观察治疗溃疡疗效;小鼠一次性灌胃给药20g.kg-1,观察其急性毒性。结果海墨痔疮胶囊高、中两个剂量组和阳性对照组与阴性对照比较灌胃给药后7、10d的溃疡面直径减小、愈合天数缩短,均有统计学意义;急性毒性实验,未见小鼠明显异常。结论海墨痔疮胶囊对兔直肠粘膜溃疡具有较好的治疗作用,且毒性较小。

Study the pharmacodynamic of Haimo Zhichuang Capsule

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Haimo Zhichuang Capsule on rectal mucous membrane ulcer of rabbits and its acute toxicity.Methods The rabbits that suffered from rectal mucous membrane ulcer induced by acetic acid was treated with Haimo Zhichuang Capsule according to three dosages: high-dosage 600mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1),middle-dosage 300 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1),low-dosage 150 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1).The observation indicators were total cure time and the diameter of ulcer areas of the 4th,7th and 10th day.The rats were givenHaimo Zhichuang Capsules 20g·kg~(-1) once to observe the acute toxicity.Results Both the 7th and 10th day ulcer area and cure time were reduced in high-dosage and middle-dosage and positive control group better than that of in negative control group.No abnormity was found in acute toxicity test.Conclusion Haimo Zhichuang Capsule had low toxicity and can be used to treat rabbit's rectal mucous membrane ulcer.
