摘    要:目的建立一种有利于培养学生综合能力的教学模式。方法针对临床护理对学生能力的需求,开设了"护理基本技能综合"课程,科学设计教学内容,采用多样化教学方法,让学生对教学内容、教学方法和效果进行综合评价。结果大部分学生认为该课程教学内容新颖、实用性强;教学方法与考核方式能有效培养与测评他们的综合能力。结论 "护理基本技能综合"教学模式能有效促进学生临床思维能力、解决问题能力、创新能力、沟通能力及团队合作能力的培养。

Abstract:Objective To establish a teaching model for cultivating nursing students' comprehensive ability. Methods Based on clinical demands for the nursing students,we designed the course of "comprehensive ability of basic nursing skills", scientifically designed the teaching contents,used multiple teaching methods,and implemented the students' comprehensive evaluation on the teaching contents,methods and effects. Results Most of the students thought that the teaching contents were innovative and practical strongly,the teaching methods could effectively cultivate their comprehensive abilities,and the assessment methods were reasonable. Conclusion The teaching model of "comprehensive ability of basic nursing skills" can effectively cultivate students' abilities of clinical thinking,innovation and communicating,solving problems,and team cooperation.
