检验医师专业规范化培训教学质量提升方式的探索

摘    要:根据检验医师培训的现状,中国医科大学通过打造一支既“精通检验”又“掌握临床”的高素质的检验医师带教教师队伍;建立以系统-器官疾病为主线,涵盖分析前、分析中、分析后全方位的有代表性、有价值的临床病例库;采用案例式学习(case-based learning,CBL)、以问题为中心学习(problem-based learning,PBL)、自主学习等教学方法,为检验医师专业规范化培训教学质量的提升提供了方向。

Abstract:According to the current situation of the standardized training of laboratory physicians, China Medical University has established a high-quality teaching team of laboratory doctors who are proficient in both laboratory medicine and clinic practice; established a representative and valuable clinical case database based on organ, system, and disease, covering all aspects before, during and after analysis; and provided a direction for improving the teaching quality of standardized residency training for laboratory physicians by adopting such teaching modes as case-based learning (CBL), problem-based learning (PBL), autonomous learning, etc.
