昂丹司琼预防气管内麻醉后的恶心呕吐

目的:观察盐酸昂丹司琼预防气管内麻醉后恶心呕吐的疗效.方法:选择60例气管内全身麻醉的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组患者在麻醉诱导前静脉注射昂丹司琼8 mg,对照组患者则静脉注射0.9%氯化钠注射液4 mL,手术结束后24 h内随访患者有无恶心、呕吐并发症.结果:治疗组仅3例患者出现恶心、呕吐症状,对照组13例患者发生过恶心、呕吐.两组比较差异有极显著性(P＜0.01).结论:盐酸昂丹司琼能有效预防气管内麻醉后的恶心、呕吐.

Ondansetron Can Effectively Prevent the Nausea and Vomit after Endotracheal Anesthesia

Objective:To observe the effects of ondansetron in preventing nausea and vomiting occur after endotracheal anesthesia. Methods:Sixty patients who received the endotracheal anesthesia were randomly allocated to two groups: saline group ( n =30) and ondansetron group( n =30). 8 mg of ondansetron was given before induction of anesthesia in ondansetron group and 4 mL of normal saline was given in the same way in saline group. Results:3 patients in the ondansetron group and 13 in the saline group reported nausea and vomit within 24 h after surgery( P <0.01). Conclusion:Ondansetron can effectively decrease the incidence of nausea and vomit after endotracheal anesthesia
