摘    要:作者用兔抗大鼠甲胎蛋白(AFP)血清,对胚胎期、出生、生后和老年大鼠以及新生小鼠脑用PAP免疫组织化学法系统检查主要脏器和神经系统内AFP的分布,发现许多器官组织中有AFP阳性反应细胞,它们的出现和存在各有迟早和久暂之别。除国外巳报道者外,作者还补充口腔上皮、颌下腺和软骨等新资料。对AFP在胚胎期的广泛分布与其生长发育之间的关系作了讨论。

Abstract:Using rabbit anti-rat AFP serum and PAP immunohlstochemical methods, the authors examined the distribution of AFP systematically in the main organs and nervous systems of the rats'12th and 17--18 th day embryos, the newborn, the 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 18th postnasal day rat as well as aged rats. It was shown that there are positively reactive cells in various organs and tissues, but the times of their appearance and disappearance wore different. In addition to the organs and tissues already shown to con.bain AFP-positive cells by previous investigations, such cells were also found in cartilage, in the oral epithelium and the submandibular gland. The relationship between AFP's extensive distribution during the embryonal developmental stages and its physiological significance are discussed.
