| 摘 要： | 目的：研究植物毛冬青（llex Pubescens Hook．et Arm）根的化学成分。方法：采用硅胶、反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱法对毛冬青根中的化学成分进行分离纯化，根据理化性质和波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果：从毛冬青根中分离鉴定了4个化舍物和1个混合物：冬青素B-3-O-β—D-木糖苷（1）、齐墩果酸-3-O—β—D-葡萄糖醛酸苷（2）、长梗冬青苷（3）、泰国树脂酸-28-O-β-D-葡萄糖酯和冬青素B-28-O—β—D-葡萄糖苷的混合物（4），豆甾醇-3-O—β—D-葡萄糖苷（5）。结论：化合物2—5为首次从该植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the chemical constituents of llex Pubescens Hook. et Arm. Method： The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel, RP C18 and Sepbadex LH-20. The structures of the obtained compounds were elucidated on the basis of physiochcmical properties and spectroscopic methods. Result： Four compounds and one mixture were purified and their structures were identified as： ilexgeniu B 3-O-β-D-xylpyranoside （1）, calenduloside E （2）, peduncloside （3）, a mixture of siaresinolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester and ilexgenin B 28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （4） and stigmasterol-3-O-β-D- glucopyranoside （5）. Conclusion： Compounds 2-5 are isolated from the plant for the first time. |
