| 阿托伐他汀与辛伐他汀调脂疗效比较的系统评价 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：评价阿托伐他汀与辛伐他汀调血脂的疗效。方法：电子检索CNKI、万方数据库、维普数据库、pubmed中关于阿托伐他汀与辛伐他汀调脂疗效比较的随机对照试验，采用EndnotX3去重及RevMan5．0软件进行Meta分析。结果：阿托伐他汀与辛伐他汀在降低三酰甘油（TG）、血清总胆固醇（TC）指标方面差异有统计学意义[MD=-0．57，95％CI（-1．07，-0．07），P〈0．05]、[MD=-0．61，95％CI（-0．99，-0．24），P〈0．05]；而降低低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、升高高密度脂蛋白（HDL）等比较，差异无统计学意义[MD=-0．24，95％CI（-0．53，0．04），P〉0．05]、[MD=-0．01，95％CI（-0．13，0．11），P〉O．05]。两药的不良反应比较，差异也无统计学意义[RR=1．05，95％CI（0．69，1．62），P〉0．05]。结论：阿托伐他汀在降低TG、TC的指标明显优于辛伐他汀，在升高HDL、降低LDL的指标差异无统计学意义，两药不良反应相当。 |
