烧伤膏对烫伤小鼠创面病理修复作用的影响

目的探讨烧伤膏对烫伤小鼠皮肤创面的修复作用。方法通过在沸水中加热砝码,然后施以压力于小鼠背部皮肤,建立浅Ⅱ度烫伤创面的烫伤小鼠模型。然后将模型动物分为对照组、模型组、烧伤膏高、中、低剂量组。观察烧伤膏对创面皮肤愈合时间与愈合率和皮肤组织形态的修复作用。结果烫伤小鼠治疗15d后,与模型组比较,烧伤膏能明显缩短烫伤小鼠皮肤创面愈合的时间,提高愈合率,并能显著改善创面皮肤病理形态的恢复。结论烧伤膏对烫伤皮肤创面愈合具有较好的修复效应。

Experimental Study of Burn Ointment on Pathologic Repairing Effects of Scalding wound in Mice

Objective：To study the repairing effects of burn ointment（BO） on scalding wound in mice.Methods：After heated in boiling water,weights pressure was on the skin of mice back to establish the model of superficial Ⅱ-degree scald.These mice were divided into the control group,the model group,the high dose group,the middle dose group and the low dose group of burn ointment.There were some indices observed including the healing time,the healing rate and the repairing effect on tissue structure of skin.Results：After 15d,these healing times of mice in the burn ointment groups were shorter than those in the model group.Meanwhile,the healing rates were increased.The pathologic morphology of wound skin was improved significantly.Conclusion：Burn ointment has significant repairing effect on healing of scalding wound in mice.
