盐酸吡格列酮固体制剂的溶出度考察

摘    要:目的:建立一种对盐酸吡格列酮固体制剂体外溶出情况区别能力更强的溶出度测定方法。方法:通过比较盐酸吡格列酮固体制剂在不同介质中(pH1.0、pH2.0等)的溶出差异性及与参比制剂的体外溶出曲线的相似性采确定溶出方法。结果:采用桨法,以pH2.0缓冲液为溶出介质,转速为50r·min^-1的溶出条件下,国产盐酸吡格列酮固体制剂与参比制剂的溶出行为存在很大差异,而且不同生产厂家的溶出行为具有明显区别。结论:国产制剂的内在质量与参比制剂仍存在较大差异,确定的溶出方法对制剂体外溶出度的区别能力更强。
