| 摘 要： | 目的:比较痛经时针刺单穴十七椎和多穴针刺治疗痛经的疗效差别,为取穴提供依据.方法:将38例患者随机分为单穴组和多穴组,每组19例.单穴组取穴十七椎,多穴组取十七椎、三阴交、地机、次髎,两组分别在疼痛发作第1天开始针灸治疗,每天针灸1次,1个月经周期连续治疗3天,共治疗3个月经周期.比较两组患者临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS),并采用Cox痛经症状量表(Cox Menstrual Symptom Scale,CMSS)对患者痛经总频率、痛经严重程度进行评价.结果:单穴组痊愈率为68.4%(13/19),有效率为31.6%(6/19),多穴组分别为78.9%(15/19),21.1%(4/19),两组疗效相当(P>0.05);两组治疗后VAS疼痛评分、疼痛总频率评分、痛经严重程度评分均较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.001),但两组间治疗后差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05).结论:对原发性痛经患者,在疼痛时进行针刺,只取一个穴位十七椎即可达到与选取多穴相同的止痛效果.
