隔姜灸、悬灸对不同穴位各时段热感度的对比研究

目的:测定健康人不同腧穴对隔姜灸和悬灸初感温度、舒适温度和耐受温度的阈值区间,以便更好地指导灸法的临床应用.方法:43名健康学生随机分为隔姜灸组(22名)和悬灸组(21名),于肾俞、中脘、足三里、外关穴分别行隔姜灸和悬灸,用测温仪分别测量受试穴的初感温度、舒适温度和耐受温度值,测得数据用SPSS 18.0进行统计分析.结果:不同灸法、不同腧穴的初感温度、舒适温度和耐受温度依次升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);悬灸时的耐受温度为(40.69±1.85)℃,低于隔姜灸的(42.44±3.90)℃(P<0.05);隔姜灸肾俞的初感温度比其他腧穴低4～5℃;悬灸时外关穴的初感温度最低.结论:人体不同穴位对隔姜灸和悬灸各阶段的热感温度有一定的差异;隔姜灸的热感温度耐受阈高于悬灸;人体在舒适温度和耐受温度之间应存在一个稍高于正常温度的灸治最佳温度区域,临床上,医者应设法延长该温度区域的作用时间,以提高疗效;耐受温度作为受试者所能忍受的极限温度,可为临床安全施灸提供参考依据.
