天津市教师吸烟行为和控烟知识调查

目的了解天津市教师吸烟行为和相关控烟知识,为在教师人群中进行控烟工作提供依据。方法抽取天津市河西、北辰、宁河3区不同类别学校教师600名进行问卷调查。结果教师现在吸烟率为12.2%,吸烟率为16.0%,大学、中学、小学教师吸烟率差异有统计学意义,大学教师的现在吸烟率为25.0%,高于中学和小学教师。27.4%教师有时在学生面前吸烟,8.2%教师经常在上班时间吸烟,27.2%教师在办公室吸烟。34.8%的教师教过学生拒绝吸烟的技巧。61.0%的教师否认低焦油、低尼古丁的烟对身体的危害小。52.2%的教师认为过滤嘴可以降低吸烟的危害,92.5%的教师认为应该在学校所有范围内禁止吸烟。结论学校应开展多种教育活动和培训,提高教师烟草相关知识知晓率,帮助吸烟教师戒烟,对学生进行有效的控烟健康教育。

Analysis of teacher smoking behavior and knowledge of Tianjin
