广西4～12岁弱视儿童散光现况分析

目的了解散光在4~12岁弱视儿童中的主要类型、分布规律及其影响因素,为散光及弱视的防治提供依据。方法选取在广西视光中心就诊的4~12岁弱视儿童2 057例(3 704眼),所有弱视散瞳后采用视网膜检影法确定散光状态,描述散光在不同年龄、性别、弱视程度的弱视儿童中的分布。结果在2 057例弱视儿童中,散光(≥0.50 D)检出率为94.02%,且检出率随年龄增长而下降。各年龄组散光度以0.50~2.00 D(69.1%)为主,散光类型中的复性远视最多,散光轴向以顺规散光为主(90.2%),各年龄组散光度、散光轴向和散光性质分布差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。不同性别儿童散光眼的散光度、散光类型和散光轴向分布差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。不同弱视程度散光眼的散光度、散光类型和散光轴向分布差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论散光在4~12岁弱视儿童中检出率较高,且随年龄增长而降低。儿童散光应尽早矫正,以防止弱视产生。

Prevalence of astismatism in amblyopia children aged 4-12 in Guangxi
