民办学院新生心理健康状况调查分析

目的:了解民办学院新生的心理状况,以指导学校的心理健康教育。方法:采用《中国大学生心理健康量表》对南通大学民办学院2007级新生进行测试,分析其心理健康状况差异。结果:民办学院新生与普通本科新生比较,在自卑、依赖方面差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),社交退缩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);民办学院新生中,理工专业学生在躯体化、强迫上显著差于文史专业学生(P<0.01),体育艺术专业与文史专业学生躯体化比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。农村新生自卑、社交退缩、性心理上显著差于大城市新生(P<0.05～0.01),焦虑、自卑、社交退缩、性心理因子显著差于中小城市学生(P<0.05～0.01)。结论:民办学院新生心理健康存在的问题,与其自身的心理社会环境有关,应帮助他们完善自身的人格,提高对环境变化的应对能力。

The survey and analysis of the mental health condition of freshmen in private colleges

Objective:To find out the mental health of the freshmen in private college.The results of the survey may provide reference for mental health education.Methods: CCSMHS was used to test the freshmen in private colleges and the difference of mental health conditon was analyzed.Results: Compared with the freshmen in public colleges, the freshmen in private colleges show a notable worse level on self-abased, social communication and reliance(P<0.05); Students majoring in science and technology exhibit a remarkable higher level than those in arts on the factors of somatization, attacking in social interactions and force (P<0.05～0.01), students majoring in athletic-art show higher level than those in arts-history on the somatization (P<0.05～0.01); students from villages show higher levels than the urban students on the factors of self-abased, withdrawing from social activities and sexy psychology(P<0.05～0.01)and also show higher than those living in small or middle cities on the four factors of anxiety, self-abased, withdrawing from social activities and sexy psychology (P<0.05～0.01).Conclusion: Private college freshmen lack in certain aspects of mental health, which relate to their own psycho-social environments, and they should be helped to improve their own personality and enhance the ability to cope with environmental changes.
