| 摘 要： | 目的摸索高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定宣肺颗粒中岩白菜素含量的方法。方法:采用C18柱,以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(18∶81∶1)(v/v)为流动相;检测波长275nm;样品经超声波震荡50min提取滤过。结果线性范围0.43~2.15μg/ml,RSD=0.41%;加样回收率98.33%,RSD=2.68%;阴性对照无干扰。结论本法操作简便、快速,结果准确可靠,可作为宣肺颗粒中岩白菜素的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a content determination method of bergenin in Xuanfei granule by HPLC.Methods:Used a column packed with C18 and a mixture of methanol-water-ice acetic acid(18:81:1)as the mobile phase,detection wavelength was 275nm.Samples were abstracted in ultrasonic wave for 50 minutes and then filtered.Results:The linear range was 0.43~2.15(RSD=0.41%),The mean recovery was 98.33%(RSD=2.68%),and the blank sample had no interference.Conclusion:The method is simple,quick and accurate.It can be used as a quality content method of Xuanfei granule. |
